Cajun Sausage Alfredo Pasta
So, I love to go to Chili’s for lunch or dinner. I just love the nacho’s with chicken, the southwestern eggrolls, the quesadilla salad, or the chicken alfredo pasta. So, I was inspired to come up with a quick version of the pasta.
Cajun Sausage Alfredo Pasta Fettuccini pasta Kielbasa beef sausage (large family size sliced) 2 large sweet onion (sliced length wise) 2 large green bell pepper (sliced length wise) 3 tablespoons garlic diced 2 bertolli alfredo sauce milk Butter Parm Black pepper to taste Cajun seasoning Olive oil
So, first cook the fettuccini noodles add a little olive oil and a dash of butter. While that is cooking/ I brown my onions and bell peppers with butter. Add the sausage, garlic and a little bit of the Cajun seasoning (oh and black pepper too). In microwave, add the jars of alfredo sauce (hint I add some milk and shake it up so I get all the goodness as well). Heat until heated all the way through. Drain the noodles. Take a bowl layer noodles, sausage mixture, then the alfredo. Sprinkle with parm and Cajun seasoning. And enjoy.
