Matzo Ball Soup

This is a shout out to a friend that I met through our military journey. I really enjoyed the recipe. So I hope ya’ll enjoy it too. This my simple version. Hers took all day. Thanks Valerie.

Matzo Ball Soup Matzo Mixture (prepare as Directed) Rotisserie chicken Shredded Chicken Broth Veg all 2 large cans 1 diced sweet onions 1 table spoon minced garlic Butter and a little olive oil Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Prepare Matzo Mixture as directed. While that sets up. To a pot cook onions and garlic with butter and olive oil till done. Add rest of ingredients to pot then add balls to soup. Cook as directed. Serve and enjoy.
