Dozen eggs

Sausage (Browned with onions and bell peppers drained)

Vidialia Onions minced

Green Peppers minced

Cheddar Cheese

Half and Half

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin pan well. Cook on 350 for about 30 minutes.
