Sauteed Lettuce

4 Tablespoons bacon Grease Diced Onion 4 packages of sliced lettuce salt and pepper to taste

Cook the onions in the bacon grease until the onions are almost brown and black. In same pan, add the lettuce, salt and pepper cook until wilted.

This is one of those comfort foods for me. Really just try it.
